First Snow in the Tetons

Looks like winter is coming.  Over the last couple days we have had much needed moisture in the valley that gave our beautiful mountains a fresh layering of snow.  We even got a dusting in Moose that is sticking around.  While we are stacking wood and preparing for winter at the Log Cabin, the West Cabin is ready for a guests.  We had a lovely family this weekend, and another the ten days before.  They both found fares through into Idaho Falls and enjoyed the off season quiet.
We would love to have the cabin available for Thanksgiving, Christmas and the Cross-country and Alpine Touring ski season, but may end up putting it back on the long term market for this winter. If you would like to come out for a week or just a long weekend, let us know.  There is something very special about winter in Moose.
